Sino Jet offers a 7-modules training and development program “Stepping into Management” to train our employees. “We encourage and support continuing education, offer onsite training to enhance job and management-related skills and provide opportunities for our employee to attend job-related conferences and seminars”, says Noel Lui, Director of Human Resources.

The month long programme has delivered specialized and hand on training to Sino Jet staff who come across different department includes Client Relations, Marketing, Maintenance, Finance, Flight Operation etc. It provides practical and fundamental information pertaining to self management, working with others, leaderships, service excellence, coaching and developing others, act commercially, compliance for managers. The programme provides a platform that allows employees to learn and grow professionally.
